Iconic Windows is currently hiring! We are looking to find some people that value old homes and their windows and would like to join us restoring and repairing them. Our shop is very laid back and we offer fairly flexible schedules. We know that everyone has a family and personal life and find there no reason why you can’t enjoy both your work and your family to the fullest extent. The work is certainly hands-on by in no way does it require brawn. This job is mostly a matter of finesse and attention to detail than anything else. Being a specialty trade, it is rare we find folks with direct experience in our trade. Obviously those with experience in painting and restoration are desirable but we welcome anyone with the curiosity to learn a new trade.

- Restoration Technician (Full-time)
- Window Installer/Carpenter (Full-time)
We find the hiring process to be very much a two-way road. It is as much you who is interviewing us as it is us you. As a result, we like to spend some time getting to know each other and getting a feel for the fit. Often we like to bring in candidates to come join us for a few hours of work (you are compensated) so we both can get a feel for the fit. Our primary desire is to find an individual that has an attention to detail balanced with the desire to produce. As it was said above, candidates with experience in painting, restoration, and carpentry are preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- Starting rate is $18-25/hour, based on experience
- IRA with company match after 90 days
- PTO/Sick pay
- Generally flexible schedules
- Bonus based on performance
